Thanksgiving Point

We went to Thanksgiving Point friday before it started to rain all weekend long. The boys had so much fun! Peyton loves horses- He wants to go see the "big brown horse" that lives across the street everyday. They had all these baby animals, baby cows, baby goats and baby chicks. They were so cute!

Snowbird

Dee and I went snowboarding last sunday. We had a blast! I havent been up for like 5 years so it was so nice to get back up. It was a perfect sunny day. When we were coming back down the mountain we were almost KILLED by this avalanche! Just kidding, but really it would of hit us if we left honestly 2 seconds later.. It was crazy!

Bouncin' Off the Walls!

We go to a place called Bouncin' Off the Walls once a month with my little brother Carson and a group of kids with Autism. My mom has set up a support group for all the moms so we just tag along cause my kids love this place! It really is a lot of fun. Its all enclosed so they can just run wild and everything is inflatable so the chance of them getting hurt is slim. Here are a few pics from all the excitement:)

Braxton turns 7 Years old today!!

7 years ago today, after 3 DAYS of labor-Braxton Monroe McCormick was born at Alta View hospital at 3:31 p.m weighing in at a whopping 4 pounds 12 ounces. He was 7 weeks early and came with a vengeance! This little guy was ready to come out:) He came home with me two days later. He was our little "miracle baby" He has been keepin us busy ever since! I cant believe I have a 7 year old! It is so crazy to say- He is getting so big and I am so proud to be his mom. I couldnt ask for a better son! Happy Birthday Buddy!!

Braxton's Birthday Party!!!

We had Braxton's Birthday Party yesterday at Nickel Mania( again..) As you can see, we had a great time! There were about 8 kids there, 22 if you count Peyton:) but my dad and my GREAT friend Jenn came to help me out. Dee had a dental surgery the day before so lucky for him, he was out of commission. Braxton scored some great presents and fun was had by all! I came home and took a nap!

Final Ode to the Binky

So I have to admit its kind of sad seeing my baby without this green binky. Dont get me wrong, Im so HAPPY its finally gone and not an issue anymore, But it also means my little Peyton is growing up! He is getting so big! I love him more and more everyday:) I found these pictures and thought Id give one more shout out to the old binky- Im serious when I say this kid did not leave the house without this thing.

Conversation with Braxton..

Me: Braxton, how was Seths house? ( one of his friends that lives a few houses down)
Braxton: It was good.
Me: What did you do there?
Braxton: Just hung out.
Me: Did you and Seth get along?
Braxton: Seth wasnt there.
Me: Excuse me!
Braxton: He was at one of his friends houses and his mom told me I could come in and play.
Me: Are you serious? What were you doing there?!
Braxton: Just hangin out. I played his PSP in his room.
Me: Speechless...

Really? Most kids would come home if their friends couldnt play Right? Nope. Not this guy! I love Braxton, He will keep me having great stories to tell for the rest of my life!
